Ingredients
Green amounts are scaled. Anything else is as written, so adjust it yourself.

Method

- Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth, then move the sauce to a jar.
- Lay a sheet of wax paper over the top before screwing on the lid, so the vinegar doesn't react with the lid.
- Leave the jar in a cool, dark place for a day, then refrigerate.
