   Cook Macaroni

   Ladle cream into heated sauté pan, add garlic & Cajun Spice Mix. Reduce mixture about 1/3. Add salt and pepper.

   Stir in pasta until fully coated. Add cheese, stir until melted Heat until hot.

   Put in bowl or plate, top with more cheese!
